早上Ebony和Ivory不曉得在幹嘛, 一直追來追去, 拉來拉去, 玩得好開心!
Ebony現在對人比較不會那麼緊張了, 會乖乖的讓芃諭摸摸頭, 摸摸背, 摸摸腳, 而Ivory卻還是很害怕, 手伸過去會一直躲, 但是時間久了, 牠就比較習慣, 就比較不會躲了!
Marble現在住在廚房, 有時候都會趁我們不注意的時候偷吃肉, 吃得只剩下一點點, 連自己的飯都吃不下L
Judy 和Julian的新輪椅來了，Julian很開心的衝來衝去，但Judy好像還不太習慣…不過新輪椅的輪胎做得斜斜的，聽說是防高速翻車喔!!! :D
昨天來的白子貓咪Eleven今天他兄弟Seven也來了，看來Eleven適應得還不錯，他們兩個都很愛人摸和愛撒嬌喔!!!
可愛的Sporty真的很”愛狗”耶, 看到隔壁間的Zepplin竟然想要舔他!
把狗放到五號房時, Da hei因為不小心太靠近Phoenix, 所以就被她兇了一頓, 真不曉得到底誰才是老大!??

今天本來以為會下大雨,結果一整天的好天氣大太陽,希望明天跟今天一樣好天氣.
Pondy準備住到辦公室嚕,希望來協會的人會喜歡上他.
Liberty今天調皮的跟我們玩了捉迷藏,自己偷偷跑去外面,我們開門他又自己跑回來,真是調皮的孩子.
Paolo簡直是坐享齊人之福,吃完飯後躺在棧板上睡午覺,Janet&Oreo順勢的躺在他身邊陪著他睡覺Nico眼紅的在旁邊一直繞來繞去,看來Nico真的很愛Janet呢.
大家今天吃心絲蟲藥了.

Marble的新爸媽來看他嚕,確定下星期要到新家試養嚕.
一早品秀跟Liberty的寄養家庭來帶他回家嚕.

Coffee終於回來了，一進運動場就拉著Chiao直奔三號房！
Addie去七號房try out，大家沒有排擠他可是可能他太幼齒不想跟他玩。但Addie還是很有精神並且用樂觀的態度在認識大家喔！
Pangbian不太吃東西而且吐了幾次，所以現在待在辦公室裡觀察，希望只是太熱影響你吃飯的情緒而已!!
Phoenix也太兇了吧！Da hei被她”罵”得頭都低低的不敢走…
May今天不知道看Molly哪裡不順眼，還想要咬Molly耶，也不想想自己跟Molly的體型差距，真有現代女性的氣魄！
Julian輪椅坐得好好的一下子不見他他竟上演金蟬脫殼這招，不過有輪椅還是有差，跑得飛快的咧！

19 . Mouthy的眼睛開始惡化, 今天又去看了一次醫生, 把左眼縫起來, 如果乖乖點藥, 趕快恢復, 那就可以把線拆掉了。
. Phoenix貼著Pudding玩耍, 希望Phoenix能趕快改行, 和大家一起嬉戲!!

21. Mare發現妞妞的屁股上的皮膚開始長毛了,原本最初大家都以為他不會再長毛,最近吃了卵磷脂沒想到開始長出細毛了.
. Mouthy縫起來的眼睛,感覺上今天比較沒那麼痛了,下午吃第二餐的時候還跟Mare撒嬌呢.
. Addie的毛長的差不多了,牠回家的日子一定越來越近了.

. 基隆祥恩醫院的白波絲貓-胖扁來到AT,胖扁的體重嚇壞大家了,居然直逼7公斤.
. 今天的志工訓練,大家過得很充實,有幫狗狗洗澡,也有帶狗狗去散步,今天還跟兩個志工一起量完狗狗的體重呢.
. Snowball被一個外國小女孩看上,一直吵著跟媽媽說要Snowball,Snowball很快就可以到新家tryout了.
. Zena也有助養人了,他的助養人覺得Zena超乖的呢.

. 早上在放狗時, Sister乘著Aaron不注意時, 偷偷的逃獄, 放完狗, 在芃諭換水時, 才又看到Sister偷偷的溜回來!
. 今天Phoenix和Whitey打架, 打得不分上下, 可是Phoenix的耳朵受傷了L
. 大花花跟Joey家的貓咪吵得好兇,不得已又把大花花送回來了.
. Kangaroo回來協會了,原本大家以為是骨折造成前肢受傷,經過Vets的診斷,牠是小兒麻痺造成前肢異常,可憐的孩子不能動手術校正捏.
. 大花花今天去汐止結紮,原本預計承德路兩隻流浪狗的CNR,Joey詢問後發現牠們竟然是有人養的,找不到狗狗的狀態下也只能先停止捕捉嚕.
. Ju ju在吃第二餐時, 竟然興奮到後腳站起來了喔! 至少維持了十秒J

01. 今天運動場有了新隔間，Coco、Heihei、Musterd、Sister就可以不用再綁住了，BUT!!!(學Joey的style XD) 由於Musterd又飛越出牆，所以他仍難逃被綁住的命運。
02. 有很多志工來幫忙。很多狗狗都散了步也洗了澡了，真是清爽又熱血的夏天呀！
03. 今天Ricky被認養家庭帶回家了，真是令人又開心又感傷，Ricky加油!!!
04. Marble被帶到廚房try out，但Ivory和Ebony姐妹花剉在等，但我想Marble是男子漢，他是不會欺負女生的!!!

. Chiao在和Charcoal玩的時候, 想湊熱鬧的Buddy不小心衝太快, ……, 就跌倒了!!

[志工] 志工洗狗教學~by Ricky :D
Hello~ 各位台灣動物以及各地動保團體的志工
相信大家都有跟Annie還有Alice一樣的問題：
就是每次有熱血的志工來的時候，都必須要多花一點人力來做動物照護的教學
例如我們就必須教新志工如何洗狗，並陪在志工身邊督導。
並不是說新志工浪費時間，有人來幫忙我們超開心的！
但是有時候呢～ 如果大家都先有個概念了，時間就可以省下來留給更需要的動物們
是吧是吧～
所以，在這裡提供大家＂洗狗＂的幾個簡單步驟參考參考～（我們在AT洗狗的方式）
新進志工可以先了解之外，也幫舊志工和各地狗場節省人力喔！
希望所有狗場的狗狗都可以跟Animals Taiwan的狗一樣有舒服的澡！
首先，先將狗狗固定好在水槽裡（或是圍欄邊，總之繩子別太長免得他跑給你追）
狗狗的個性都不太一樣，不過基本上都怕洗澡（尤其是收容所的狗），所以會很緊張
所以要有耐心一點啦～ 今天的媽抖是Ｒｉｃｋｙ～
步驟1.清耳朵
用狗狗專用的清耳液，倒入耳朵裡，並從根部（靠近頭的那端）按摩。
按摩以後狗狗會把液體跟髒東西甩出來。
接著用棉花棒幫狗狗把堆積的耳屎清乾淨
（少了後腳的狗狗因為不能抓癢更容易堆積耳垢）
步驟2.試水溫
冬天就熱一點囉，因為動物體溫比人高，夏天視天氣而定
我把這個列為一個步驟，是因為我覺得要讓狗狗放心洗澡，
所以水溫也不要忽冷忽熱。
步驟3.沖水
用水打濕狗狗的腳，再依序往肚子、胸口、背部及脖子
注意！盡量不要沖到狗狗的臉部！會讓她們很緊張
要把接近頭的地方弄濕時要先把狗狗的下巴抬起，避免水進到眼睛和耳朵
如果狗狗不願意的話，就不要洗到頭，最後再用毛巾擦。
步驟4.搓揉起泡
用洗毛精（可稀釋比較好用）將狗狗身體搓出泡泡，並按摩。
也可以趁這個時候，檢查看有沒有哪裡有傷口。
步驟5. 沖水洗淨
一樣從腳開始沖，把全身的泡泡都清洗乾淨
沖到耳朵附近的時候一樣要小心，不要讓水跑到耳朵裡囉~
特別是項圈的地方，要翻起來洗，因為項圈附近的皮膚容易有髒東西
步驟6.擦乾
準備乾淨的大毛巾幫狗狗水吸乾，然後逆毛擦～
這樣空氣進去很快就乾囉！（這是我們的心得）
長毛狗最好用吹風機再吹乾一點，最後梳梳毛就可以了！
冬天的時候，最好有吹風機，可以幫他們把靠近皮膚的毛吹乾。
步驟7.擦臉
就像我剛剛上面說的，因為有些狗狗不讓你洗頭，加上水沖到臉上他們會
緊張，可以準備一條濕毛巾，最後幫他們擦擦臉、眼睛附近等。
步驟8.剪指甲
如果你知道怎麼幫狗狗剪指甲，也可以幫他修一修
不會剪的話也沒關係，有時候磨一磨也會慢慢磨掉...
步驟9.獎勵
為了鼓勵狗狗不要怕洗澡，洗完以後我們會給他們吃點小零食
希望他們記得以後洗完澡就有東西吃這件事...
然後就 YEAH!!! 大功告成啦~

如果狗狗不願意的話，就不要洗到頭，最後再用毛巾擦。
步驟4.搓揉起泡
用洗毛精（可稀釋比較好用）將狗狗身體搓出泡泡，並按摩。
也可以趁這個時候，檢查看有沒有哪裡有傷口。
步驟5. 沖水洗淨
一樣從腳開始沖，把全身的泡泡都清洗乾淨
沖到耳朵附近的時候一樣要小心，不要讓水跑到耳朵裡囉~
特別是項圈的地方，要翻起來洗，因為項圈附近的皮膚容易有髒東西
步驟6.擦乾
準備乾淨的大毛巾幫狗狗水吸乾，然後逆毛擦～
這樣空氣進去很快就乾囉！（這是我們的心得）
長毛狗最好用吹風機再吹乾一點，最後梳梳毛就可以了！
冬天的時候，最好有吹風機，可以幫他們把靠近皮膚的毛吹乾。
步驟7.擦臉
就像我剛剛上面說的，因為有些狗狗不讓你洗頭，加上水沖到臉上他們會
緊張，可以準備一條濕毛巾，最後幫他們擦擦臉、眼睛附近等。
步驟8.剪指甲
如果你知道怎麼幫狗狗剪指甲，也可以幫他修一修
不會剪的話也沒關係，有時候磨一磨也會慢慢磨掉...
步驟9.獎勵
為了鼓勵狗狗不要怕洗澡，洗完以後我們會給他們吃點小零食
希望他們記得以後洗完澡就有東西吃這件事...
然後就 YEAH!!! 大功告成啦~

當初發現Beau時,牠躺在地上不動了, 在經過診斷後,發現牠可能是誤食毒藥所致.. 在緊急救援後所幸撿回一條老命..不過雖然牠是小型犬, 但由於個性極度害羞,不願意讓任何人接近牠,使得當時的送養牠的工作變的很難. 經過協會裡每個員工和志工的努力, 每天花相當多的時間與耐力在與牠"膞感情". 在經歷兩個月之後,Beau開始相信我們, 喜歡給我們摸摸.終於,牠也等到了相當疼愛牠的新主人, 一家子都好疼牠呢!!

Today, volunteer Alice gave raw chicken legs for every dog at AT. We detected that Sister attempted to look for the chicken bone among a lot of chicken meat, while others were enjoying their meals. Actually, compared with chicken meat, Sister still loves bone.
Finally, she found a piece of chicken with a lot of bone.

Liberty got a fostering home !!!
Well it has almost been a week since I got Liberty. He is still extremely shy and scared of EVERYTHING, but the apartment is quiet and I think he is getting used to me. He doesn't like me, but he is tolerating me. Some days he seems more relaxed than others. You are right, he won't eat or drink when I am home in the apartment. He lays in the corner of my room all day, and he really seems to like his towel he lays on. Not much progress, but I hope he's a bit more relaxed and at ease at my quiet, boring apartment.
Just wanted to give you an update! Hope all is well with you and the rest of the animals at Animals Taiwan!

HAPPY TAIL - MAGIC
We adopted this adorable little bundle of energy through Animals Taiwan when he was still a very small puppy. We noticed an announcement on a website (forumosa.com) that several dogs had been rescued from an unscrupulous breeder where they were being kept in horrible, unsanitary, depressing conditions. A few weeks after being rescued and cared for, he was old enough to be separated from his mother and siblings (who had also been rescued) and that’s when we first met him at the vet. We fell in love with this handsome little fellow instantly. The representative from Animals Taiwan (Liza) who met us at the vet and who had been caring for him was extremely helpful in explaining and arranging the course of vaccinations that he would need. We were given helpful advice whenever requested and even now, several months after adopting Magic, have been helped in getting him neutered and chipped. We can’t say a big enough “THANK YOU” to Animals Taiwan for introducing us to Magic.
He is a healthy, happy dog with a funny, loving personality. He is crazy for belly rubs and loves to play – a real cutey - yet when approached and bothered by dogs ten times bigger than himself, turns into a fearless ‘hero’ and the bigger dog usually ends up backing down! He has the strange habit of jumping onto the roof of his dog house and standing there in the most gallant of poses. We call it his ‘I’m the king of the world’ pose. We look forward to many happy years together with our new friend and encourage those of you who are thinking about adopting and who can provide a loving home to go for it!

在他還很小的時候，我們就透過動物台灣來領養到這隻充滿活力又討喜的小狗狗。我們在 forumosa.com的網站中看到一則聲明，當中有一些被一個殘忍飼主飼養在一個可怕、髒亂又
不舒服的環境中的狗狗已被救了出來。在被救出來並經過幾週的照料後，他已經夠大並可以
離開他的母親及兄弟姐妹(他們也有被救出來)而獨自生活 ，就在此時，我們在獸醫那遇到了他。
我們馬上就愛上了這隻帥氣的小夥伴。而來自動物台灣的代表Liza(她跟我們在獸醫那相遇，並且在過去幾週幫助照料MAGIC) 在解釋並且安排MAGIC所需的疫苗注射的程序中給了我們相當大的幫助。每當我們需要時，我們總會收到很有用的建議。甚至現在，在我們認領Magic幾個月後，我們還在閹割及晶片注射上受到協助。就算說再多的"感謝"也不足以報答動物台灣把Magic介紹給我們的情分。
他是一隻漂亮、健康且個性上好笑可愛的狗。他很喜歡玩且超愛被騷肚子–好一個小鬼靈精 - 但在面對其他大他十倍的狗群們的騷擾時，他就會轉變成一隻無畏的"英雄"，而那些狗群們通常就會退縮! 他有一種奇怪的嗜好，就是跳上他自己的狗屋，站在上面並擺出一種雄偉的姿勢。我們就稱此姿勢為"我是這世界的王"。
我們期待接下來與我們新朋友一起共度的美麗時光，並且鼓勵那些在考慮領養並可以提供一個溫暖的家給小狗狗的人們一起來認養!

DaHuaHua has a foster mommy.
Before 之前
Da HuaHua went to her foster home on Aug. 30th.
DaHuaHua was found by a student in a trash can. She was badly injured and had injuries her my back. Even though, she is very gentle and sweet. We are so glad to tell you that she lives with her foster mommy now.
大花花8/30找到寄養家庭了.
當初被丟在垃圾袋裡, 背部嚴重潰爛的大花花, 8/30到寄養媽咪家裡去了哦.. 恭喜她.看看牠之前的慘狀, 再瞧瞧她現在漂亮又撒嬌的樣子.. 真為她感到高興.

XiaoHua went to her new home last Saturday. She was very well in new house. she has a little bit scare at beginning but getting well 1 hr later. she 's going anywhere her new mommy goes,and always crouched beside her new mommy when she sit on sofa,just like a princess as Sanae called her. and her new mommy let her sleep in her bedroom with the other two dogs,they are being very well so far.
小花上星期去到新家, 她在新家適應良好.
剛開始有點害怕,但是一個小時之後就好了.
她跟著新媽咪Maggie到處走,不管Maggie去哪裡,她都跟著.
晚上,她就跟媽咪的另外2隻狗狗們一起睡在臥房裡.
狗狗們互相處得很好.

01. 昨天被綁在門口的胖弟，不習慣在房間裡上廁所，一直吵著要出來呢。
02. 今天大家都點了蚤不到也吃了心絲蟲藥，一群志工就像在校外教學一樣覺得很新鮮的在幫狗狗點蚤不到呢。
01. Yesterday Pondy was waiting at the door because he did not want to go to the washroom indoors; he was constantly barking to be let out.
02. Today, everyone has taken flea and heartworm medication. It was like a school field trip because it was very new experience in helping the dogs take their meds.

04. 今天Charcoal在清傷口的時候很害羞, 因為有一個新來的員工Joe在旁邊看她,Charcoal在認識新朋友時都會比較緊張.

02. Today, May and Da-Hei went for a walk together. May was constantly sniffing Da-Hei and wanted to play with him. However, Da-Hei did not want to play with May and ignored her.
03. Today Oreo was very good and took all her pills.
04. When Charcoal was getting her wound washed today he was a little afraid. The reason being was because a new staff member, Joe was standing beside looking at her. Charcoal tends to be nervous when strangers are present.

01. Dofu今天被室友們做出猥褻的動作，Mare懷疑Dofu可能也沒有做到完整結紮，暫時隔離起來。
02. 妞妞看完醫生，醫生說牠的腳腫不是外傷，有可能是之前骨折後復原長的骨痂。
03. Oreo今天的回診，醫生說Oreo的狀況已經穩定不需要再吃藥嚕，真是個好消息呢。

02. 氣象說有颱風要來嚕，下午沒幾點就開始下雨了，希望明天風雨不要太大阿。
01. After Mimi was spade she seemed a little weird, so Mimi’s temporary Mom brought her back to At hoping we could find out what the matter was. After returning from Dr.Lin’s, there was good news. He said Mimi’s health is improving, and those weird actions are actually symptoms of recovery.
02. Weather report stated that a Typhoon was coming, then it started to rain in the afternoon. Hopefully, there will not be a big rainstorm tomorrow.

01. A family came in today hoping to adopt a cat, and they were interested in Chubbs. However, we still need to contact Chubbs temporary Mom – the adoption has yet to be confirmed.
02. Early in the morning HeiHei was very enthusiastic, however, apparently, that is uncommon for him. When it rains, he does seem quite down.
03. It has been raining on and off, I am afraid the doggies will catch a cold, as such, they were moved back into their rooms earlier today.
04. It is not easy to house-train Liberty, he was unable to hold it in, and ended up pooping in the office.

01. A family came in today hoping to adopt a cat, and they were interested in Chubbs. However, we still need to contact Chubbs temporary Mom – the adoption has yet to be confirmed.
02. Early in the morning HeiHei was very enthusiastic, however, apparently, that is uncommon for him. When it rains, he does seem quite down.
03. It has been raining on and off, I am afraid the doggies will catch a cold, as such, they were moved back into their rooms earlier today.
04. It is not easy to house-train Liberty, he was unable to hold it in, and ended up pooping in the office.

01. 今天Dofu在被志工帶去汐止要做第二次結紮時穿過車陣跑進深山裡了…Mare已經把Dofu的晶片號碼給醫院，接下來還要上網讓全台灣的收容所都知道Dofu走丟了的消息，希望可以早點找到他，找到他之前希望他可以都找得到東西吃並且很平安!!!
02. Dani今天有到頂樓蹦蹦跳跳的跑了幾圈，因為腳曾經受過傷，跑起來還有點像袋鼠呢
03. 午後下了一場大雨，狗狗們就提早回3號房了
04. 不知為何，今天Niu niu非常熱情的舔Stevie的臉，但他平常好像不是這樣的喔
05. Pundy和Oreo換隔離房間，因為Pundy原本的房間太小畢竟他很胖，但是換了房間他變得非常躁鬱，唉呀他只是個愛講話的孩子!!
06. Liberty有點進步了喔，人要靠近他至少不會立刻就要躲，加油加油Liberty!!!
01. Today a volunteer brought Dofu to DaZhi to be spade a 2nd time. However, when the arrived, she sprinted across the road and disappeared into the forest. Mare has already given Dofu’s picture to the vet’s. The next step is to go online and let all the animal shelters in Taiwan know that Dofu is missing, and hopefully we can find her soon. Meanwhile, we hope she is able to find food, and will be safe.
02. Dani ran a few laps today, and because he previously had been injured, he seems to hop a little bit like a squirrel when he runs.
03. It started to rain heavily in the afternoon, as such, the dogs were moved to the 3rd bedroom earlier.
04. Not sure why, but today Niu niu was very enthusiastic and kept licking Stevie’s face – this is out of the ordinary for Niu niu.
05. Pundy and Oreo were separated from the other dogs, and because Pundy quite big, they were moved to a bigger room. However, Pundy seemed unhappy after the move and is barking a lot.
06. Liberty has shown improvement because when ppl try to near him, he does not shy away anymore.

02. Oreo has picked up on one of Pundy’s bad behaviours – biting the wooden door. Finally, today he bit a hole in the door and started to run around in the room, and seemed very angry. As such, he was moved to another room.
03. Today when all the dogs were being moved into the 3rd bedroom, Frankie stayed inside the doghouse in cage 7 in the activity area. Eventually, after a little tugging and pulling he came out.
04. Today Pat was running all over the place while on his walk. No wonder Pat is punished when he is not obedient by sitting in the “special seat”.

01. Lilian昨天救援的小黃狗，今天經過醫師的評斷，小黃狗受半身癱瘓到連排泄都無法排出體外，醫師建議安樂死，Lilian聽了之後心裡很難過。
02. Pondy今天一早為了想出去上廁所把隔離房的門撞壞了，目前只能暫時鍊在隔離房裡。
03. Nanook今天腳受傷了，Mare想說應該是跟Juno吵架的時候用傷了。

02. 下午的時候下了一陣午後雷陣雨，Mare跟Chiao還有一群志工合力將狗狗快速的趕回三號房，沒想到剛放好沒多久雨就停了，Chiao又把他們放出來。
03. Chiao中午餵狗狗的時候，Mare覺得Chiao跟狗狗的互動真的是越來越棒了，不過Sporty還是沒有那麼快接受他呢。
01. Toby and DaHei had a minor altercation today, fortunately no one was hurt.
02. It rained in the afternoon, so Mare, Chiao, and another volunteer moved the dogs into the 3rd bedroom. However, soon afterwards, the raining stoped so Chiao let the dogs out again.
03. While Chiao was feeding the dogs today, Mare felt that Chiao is interacting very well with the dogs. However, Chiao has yet to establish a bond with Sporty.

02. 下午時, 芃諭看到Toby在挑臖Dahei, 沒想到放狗時, Dahei和Whitey聯合欺負Toby!
03. 志工帶有巨直腸症的黑白小貓咪來讓Natasha帶回作foster。巨直腸症使牠大便大不出來所以營養吸收不好，三四個月的貓咪還是巴掌大，還好牠生命力很強，希望牠可以很快正常排便！
04. (Joey的日記是想要笑破我的肚皮嗎?!)
05. Mouthy看醫生回來了，現在一天要點好多次的眼藥水！快點好起來吧Mouthy！

03. A volunteer brought an ill white and black cat for Natasha to bring home to foster. Because the cat’s intestinal walls are too thick, the feces is unable to pass through, causing the cat unable to poop. The cat is 3-4mths old , yet is only the size of a palm. Luckily, the has a very strong will to live, hopefully he will get well soon.
